My name is Sophie and I'm 17 years old. I began my makeup journey at 12 years old when I started filling in my eyebrows and from there it blossomed into a passion for the art of applying makeup. I feel good in my own skin when I can showcase my art everywhere I go. At the age of 13 I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and by the time I turned 17 I had Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Median Arcuate Ligament Syndrome, and Gastroparesis to add to the list. CFS left me bedbound much of the time and I was falling behind in school. I felt like my dreams of going to university were crushed and I was left feeling lost about my future until I realised I could make a career out of what I loved- makeup.

I have since made a career in makeup artistry and beauty therapy with a passion for skincare and helping people relax. Beauty treatments are my safe haven from chronic illness- when I feel like I can't control what's happening inside my body I can control the outside. Makeup is my self-care and it gives me something to look forward to, I can take some time to focus on my eyeshadow when my world feels a little too crazy. My mission is to bring this relief and comfort to others and make everyone feel good in their own skin.
